Paul D. Stone - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Stone, 46, serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clearshot Services, Inc. Clearshot was organized in February 2005 to serve as the platform for developing a leading regional wireless commmunications services provider. Mr. Stone has extensive experience in the areas of raising capital, negotiating acquisitions and sales, communicating with investors and streamlining operations.
Mr. Stone is a founder, President and director of DMX, Inc., a national provider of programmed business music and related services that was formed in 2005. In 2002, he founded Stone Management Company to provide financial consulting services and to analyze acquisition opportunities. From 1999 through 2001, Mr. Stone undertook a turnaround situation at Activant, a company that develops and supports information systems which consummated with the sale of the company in 2006 for a significant gain. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Stone served as Chief Financial Officer for the publicly traded Capstar Broadcasting Corporation that was sold to Clear Channel Communication for $4.5 billion. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Stone was Vice President of Hicks Muse Tate & Furst in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Stone holds a Masters degree from the University of North Texas, is a Certified Public Accountant and a Trustee for the Eanes Independent School District. |
Eric Chase - President Mr. Chase serves as President of Clearshot. He is a third-generation participant in the wireless communications services industry. Mr. Chase’s experience includes working for Contemporary Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager and for AT&T Wireless Services as a Construction Manager. Mr. Chase has co-founded four companies: Brandale Properties I, L.P., Brandale Properties II, L.P., Back Row Productions, Inc. and JNC Construction LP. Mr. Chase has substantial project management experience for both site development and construction (including cell sites and general construction), marketing, customer development, cost estimating, submitting bid proposals, procurement of necessary services and materials as well as general site supervision.
Mr. Chase holds a Business of Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Abilene Christian University. |
Justin Jones - Vice President, Construction Mr. Jones is Vice President of Clearshot. He worked for Voicestream Wireless as a Project Manager and for Contemporary Constructors, Inc. as a Project Manager. Subsequently, Mr. Jones co-founded four companies: Brandale Properties I, L.P., Brandale Properties II, L.P., Back Row Productions, Inc. and JNC Construction LP. Mr. Jones' experience includes all levels of construction field work and project management from design through completion including customer development, cost estimating, submitting bid proposals, procurement of necessary services and materials as well as general site supervision.

Chris Kephart - Vice President, Maintenance Mr. Kephart serves as Vice President of Clearshot and has been in the wireless communications industry for over 12 years. He is the founder of MCK Communication, a company specializing in the resale, repair and refurbishing of wireless infrastructure equipment. MCK was sold to ISC Technologies of Quincy, Illinois in 2002. Following the sale of MCK, Mr. Kephart remained at MCK as the Vice President of its national sales force. After completing his contract with MCK, Mr. Kephart was requested by Verizon Wireless to lead several special projects in northern California.
Prior to founding MCK, Mr. Kephart served as the Executive Vice President of Caraway Communication. At Caraway, Mr. Kephart was responsible for the management and control of Caraway’s paging operations and construction. In 1994 Mr. Kephart served as the Training Manager for CellStar Corporation which was the first company to open Cellular Phone Centers inside the Sam’s Clubs nationwide. Mr. Kephart remained in that position until he returned to the corporate headquarters to resume his duties as a District Sales Manager Trainer. Prior to his positions in the communication industry, Mr. Kephart held a management position in municipal government.
Mr. Kephart is married with two children, is involved in the community and works with several non-profit organizations. |
Clint Rogers - Vice President, Finance Mr. Rogers, 41, serves as Vice President of Clearshot. His responsibilities include overseeing finances and the internal operations of the company. He came to Clearshot with more than 12 years of experience in accounting, finance and internal operations of companies whose value ranged from $10 million to over $1 billion.
Mr. Rogers started his finance career working with Mr. Stone at Capstar Broadcasting Corporation. After being involved in numerous acquisitions and the eventual sale to Clear Channel Communication, he left to oversee the finances and turnaround of Triad Food Services. The successful turnaround of Triad led to a position at Activant Solutions where he was brought in to streamline the accounting, tax and insurance processes. After four years at Activant, Mr. Rogers returned to a small business in the eyewear industry. VisionWeb, owned by Johnson and Johnson, was the next company where Mr. Rogers contributed to the senior management team. His skills in a wide range of industries and extensive knowledge of multiple types of operations provide Clearshot with the assets needed to grow the company.
Mr. Rogers lives in Austin, Texas where his family has been for more than 150 years. He is married to his wife Emily, an attorney, and has two children. |
Larry Cantrell - Project Manager Mr. Cantrell serves as Project Manager for Clearshot Services, Inc. Mr. Cantrell's prior experience includes working for JNC Construction, Inc., JNC Construction LP, Texcom, Complete Cellular and JDE. Mr. Cantrell's substantial project management experience is only exceeded by his numerous industry certifications. He is a 3-time certified Comtrain instructor. He is also certified in Advanced Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue, Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Instructor, Annritsu Line Sweep, Eupen, Commscope, Andrew, Cobra RET Application Training for EMS Wireless, RSI SIte Safety and RFR Train-the-trainer.
Mr. Cantrell lives in Gonzalez, Texas with his wife. He is a former Army Military Police Officer and his family has lived in Texas for over 150 years. |
Dewey Chase - Project Manager Mr. Chase has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Due to his tenure in this industry, Mr. Chase has invaluable management experience. He has held multiple management positions such as Development Manager for AT&T Wireless, where he managed all aspects of site development, construction, installation, and maintenance including a real estate acquisition team. Prior to joining Clearshot, Mr. Chase contributed greatly to numerous other companies including Design Communications, Contel Cellular, McCaw Cellular and Spectrasite, Inc.

Thomas Kupcho - Project Manager Mr. Kupcho serves as Project Manager for Clearshot. Mr. Kupcho has over 30 years experience in electrical construction, of which the last 10 years have been in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Clearshot, Mr. Kupcho worked with CCI Telecom as a Project Manager. He additionally created the first electrical division for CCI. Prior to entering the telecommunications industry, Mr. Kupcho worked his way up in his family-owned business, KUP Electric and eventually started his own business with 4K Electric Company. His extensive experience as a business owner and electrician is invaluable. He is a Texas certified Master Electrician and oversees every aspect of site development, construction, installation and tower maintenence.
Mr. Kupcho and his wife have two children and live in the San Antonio, Texas area. |
